Bienvenido a Mi Mundo
I am a bilingual behavioral health and human services professional with more than 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families across behavioral health, residential treatment, education, youth services, and community-based settings.
My experience includes behavioral support, crisis intervention, de-escalation, therapeutic communication, patient observation, psychoeducation, life-skills development, and documentation. I focus on helping individuals develop practical coping, communication, problem-solving, and independent-living skills while maintaining a safe, respectful, and structured environment.
I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based approach, believing that effective support begins with trust, clear communication, and understanding the individual behind the behavior.
I am fluent in English and Spanish and hold a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a Minor in Psychology. I am passionate about behavioral health and helping individuals build practical skills, access resources, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward greater stability and independence.
